Refund Policy on Invitations or personalised products
Due to the nature of our business and the personalisation of stationary, once you have accepted your final PDF proof, a refund or exchange will not be granted. If you receive your personalised products and they are different from your final proof we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, or in the event of a cancelled event once payment for personalised stationery has been made.
Postage and handling are not refundable.
Prices are subject to change at anytime.
Written and/or email quotes are valid for strictly 14 days unless otherwise stated
Once a deposit has been placed, orders are not transferable.
In the case of Designer stationery, a 50% surcharge will apply for any additional items of stationery ordered after production has commenced.
Delivery charges are not included. Should items require delivery a postage & handling fee will apply.
Ordering Designer Stationery
The ‘Approximate Order Completion Date’ as indicated upon acceptance of your designer stationery order relies upon several factors outside of The Invitation Place’s control, including prompt payment of all monies, on time delivery of text, guest information and approvals. The Invitation Place will not be held accountable for such delays.
A minimum of 2 weeks is required for production after approval and receipt of guest information.
Names for place cards, order of service and table seating cards must be supplied a minimum of 21 days prior to the event date in order to have these available in time for your event.
Payments can be made by PayPal, Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque, ordering of stocks and supplies will not commence until the cheque has cleared. Cheques for final payment must be cleared by the bank prior to collection/dispatch.
It is a condition of sale that The Invitation Place details are on the back of each invitation.
By purchasing Designer Stationery from The Invitation place, you are agreeing that your invitation and stationery may be displayed on our website, at expo’s and at our place of business.
No alterations can be made once the client has approved the PDF proof. Charges will apply.
Clients are responsible for the correct spelling of all guest names and addresses. The Invitation Place takes no responsibility for incorrect details supplied by the client. In the event that The Invitation Place is responsible for the error, the affected pieces of stationary will be reproduced at no charge.
Receipt of deposit or signature signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
