Delivery

In order to make our shipping charges as affordable as possible, the charge is based on the weight of your order. Delivery prices include all packaging materials, handling costs and actual postage costs and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping is calculated automatically in your shopping cart once your items have been entered. We use Australia Post for all our shipping unless other arrangements are made.

The Invitation Place carefully packages all items in your order to prevent damage, however should your order arrive in less than perfect condition, the affected items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days.

International Delivery
We now ship worldwide! Please contact us with the items you are wishing to purchase, the quantities required and your delivery so we can generate a shipping quote for you. Shipping costs are based on package dimensions and weight and delivery time frames are dependent upon the shipping service chosen.

Time Frames

Regular post:

Can take as little as 2 days from when your order leaves us. This time frame is entirely dependent on where your items are being delivered to. You can expect that if you live in regional or remote Australia that your delivery time frames will be longer than those in metropolitan areas. The Invitation Place cannot guarantee, and takes no responsibility for the time it takes to deliver your goods to your specified location.

Can take as little as 2 business days from when your order leaves us as we are outside the next business day delivery network area. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for details on delivery time frames to your area. Remote locations and destinations that fall outside the next business day delivery network will take longer for delivery.
